Overview Vibra Hospital of Denver is seeking Registered Nurses - for its Thornton, Colorado worksite. The Registered Nurses will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' care. Develop, update and coordinate the patients' plan of care to achieve patient goals and to optimize outcomes and transitions across care plans, provide individualized patient care based upon appropriate and developmental needs; collaborate with physicians, patient/families and members of health care team in delivering a plan of care; utilize positive communication skills; evaluate and update patients' response to plan of care; initiate, manage, and participate in discharge planning and patient/family teaching; work on various nursing units; facilitate physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual care of patients; contribute to cost effective care by monitoring use of time, equipment and supplies. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence, and best practice into nursing care; use data and evidence to improve patient outcomes. Align patient safety, self-safety and environmental safety as equally important for best outcomes.Prospective candidate must have an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
