Job Description :

Orders Coordinator to support the preparation and shipping processes for large-volume and batchable orders. This role involves working closely with our warehouse team, managing tasks through our app, and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Use our internal app to print FBA FNSKUs and other necessary labels for wholesale and bulk orders.
  • Direct and help pickers to retrieve items for orders based on the information provided in the app.
  • Set up packers and allocate labor efficiently to ensure orders are packed accurately and on time.
  • Document all activities related to order processing within the app to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the workflow remains efficient and timely.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to navigate and use warehouse-related software and apps.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving objects, and standing for extended periods.
