Order Entry Clerk - Lakeside Book Company : Job Details

Work Hours: Standard Work Hours (M-F) Location: Garden City, NY - Onsite Starting Rate: $20-$23.50/hour depending upon experience. As our Order Entry Clerk, internally called Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Accurately input customer orders into the system
• Verify customer information and enter into the system
• Answer customer inquiries about orders, products and services
• Process orders for shipping and billing
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders

Qualifications:

• HIgh School Diploma
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate computerized order entry systems
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with a team
