ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST - Insight Global : Job Details

On a day-to-day basis, this person will:- Receive a customer request for a broken part on their machine - Work within an ERP system and Salesforce to check pricing, inventory, and location of the part needed- Give the customer a quote- Get the order from the customer and enter it in the system- Keep the customer informed on the part's delivery dateWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. - Hands-on experience - Logistics background - Bachelors Degree or Associates DegreeMust Haves:- 1-5 years of order entry experience in ERP systems- 1-5 years of customer service experience- Background in parts ordering in a manufacturing or industrial setting- Read and understand drawings and schematics- CRM experience- Microsoft Suite- Salesforce
