Order Management SpecialistWork Environment Hours - flexible 8am-4:30pm, 7:30am to 4pm, 7am-4pm, etc. Professional business attire Fully onsite Job Description This position is responsible for providing organizational support to the Sales Account Managers. Work will be managed from the shared Sales Support mailbox, which also includes complex issues. The job involves balancing a variety of demands and projects on a daily basis. Key characteristics include the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and the confidence to make important decisions. Enters document requests into the Customer Request portal; has the ability to compile large requests to send via OneDrive Assists the Pricing team as needed with annual price letter creation Processes sample requests into Salesforce Handles basic issues that arise from Sales Communicates regularly with sales support supervisor/analyst/coordinator, account managers, CS manager, sales directors, and GMs regarding any special situations Handles miscellaneous projects as requested Other duties as assigned as the team evolves Assists in creating new accounts in Salesforce Go-to team in the office for ordering inventory for office supplies Email communication directly with Account Managers Qualifications: 2+ years of recent order entry experience ERP or proprietary software experience HS Diploma or GED Minimum About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
