Job Title: Order Processing Specialist/Client Success
Job Description
- Promptly enter purchase orders to meet or exceed the agreed to service levels.
- Partner with Leads to guarantee achievement of service level agreements.
- Ensure order entry, order tracking, and delivery are on track and orders are completed in full, providing status updates throughout the process.
- Identify gaps in processes and partner with customer experience team to resolve.
- Ensure actions align with company strategy.
- Escalate issues as they arise in a timely manner to ensure agility and responsiveness.
Hard Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in a dynamic/multi-tasking position
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ Experience with an ERP System (They are using MS Dynamics but open to any)
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s) with a strong potential to be extended past.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, New Jersey.
Work Environment
Need to be onsite at Fairfield office 5 days a week. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
