Order Entry Specialist - Ultimate Staffing : Job Details

Our client is a leading and growing Oil & Gas company located just Northeast of Downtown Houston. They are seeking entry level candidates with a year of corporate experience to join their team as an Order Entry Specialist. Responsibilities:

* Data Entry

* Create and enter sales orders for lubes with accuracy and detailed notes as well as pricing

* Receive telephone calls and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner

* Converse with customers regarding lube orders

* Coordinate customer deliveries with other terminals

* Communicate with sales representatives and dispatchers regarding customer needs

* Other related tasks as assigned by manager
