Order Entry Specialist - Bridgewood Cabinetry - Hi-Lo Industries : Job Details

We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Chanute, KS. You will work on a fast-paced team of individuals providing customer support for all orders submitted with Bridgewood Cabinetry. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm. Responsibilities:Reviews and verifies customer and order information for accuracy. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers needs; contacting the correct internal parties, and ensuring the problem is resolved. Process orders promptly and efficiently to meet customer's and Bridgewood Cabinetry's current lead time. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Develop a working knowledge of all Bridgewood Cabinetry products and processes. Communicate internally with our business office and production office for up-to-date and accurate order information.
