If you are willing and ready to work we want to meet you! The Order Expeditor is in charge of intaking, packaging, and facilitating online customer orders. The Order Expeditor will use the Blaze system to receive online orders and put them together after scanning each item and putting it into the company inventory system. The Expeditor assigns orders to delivery drivers and has them ready for the delivery drivers once they arrive. RequirementsPlease note that we are looking for candidates that are able to work nights and weekends regularly.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving, scanning, packing and running all delivery orders throughout the entirety of each shift.
- Communicate with appropriate team members and channels of communication within Slack and Voxer. This is including, but not limited to, specific tasks for individual orders, updates, exchanges, etc.
- Have the ability to work all stations within the department. Be it running Dash/OnFleet and expediting the individual orders, scanning the product into iO, or running orders and stocking we expect each member of the team to be able to work any and all positions in any given day without hesitation.
- Daily stocking and moving product (must be able to lift 30+ pounds).
- Product Receiving and Intake.
- Fully trained on DCC regulations regarding product labeling/classifications.
- Ensuring all necessary information for the Inventory team is present and accounted for with each product/order. Scanning and sending over necessary paperwork to the inventory team in the order in which they were received.
- Printing barcodes labels correctly, stickering and moving product appropriately within a timely manner.
- Punctual and consistent shift attendance.
- Must comply with expectations that are aligned with company policy and union contracts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed in a retail environment and in close proximity to other workers.
- Employee shall be exposed to those conditions normally encountered in a retail environment.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
- May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
