At this level, the associate has shown the proficiency to do their job with limited help while maintaining performance objectives on standard work processes. This includes recognition of routine problems and the ability to keep the process running by making appropriate adjustments to correct the problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily Activities may consist of: Picking & Restocks Forward Putaways Dissemination/ Receiving Location Audits Stock & Pallet delivery Requisition Runner Bulk Picking Bulk Restocks Bulk Putaways Bus Driver Manual Packing Mixed Carton Packing Generating Orders Solex Receiving Basic & Lead Shipping Spring Sorting 9 S Processing Operating PIE (Power Industrial Equipment) Attend SOS (Start of shift) meeting on time Use all required PPE (Personal protective equipment).
