Job Description :

Opening with our technology product client for a Order Fulfillment Associate. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventories flowing through receiving, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items
  • Distribute of all incoming items to proper personnel
  • Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders or other records
  • Utilize computer systems to enter receiving information, record inventory transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Unload shipments, if necessary, from trucks
  • Investigate and resolve any shipment receiving errors
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience in a picker packer, order fulfillment, or similar logistics role.
  • Basic PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • Experience with Great Plains and Horizons software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues
