Volt is immediately hiring Order Fulfillment Coordinator in Moline, ILAs an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will: Primary Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibility of these roles will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the datainto our packaging spec application.
  • Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
  • SCW Analysts will provide a list of parts and warehouse locations to go to review the parts.
  • Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
  • Design owns monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, business, and/or supply chain.
  • Able to drive Cushman (small, battery-operated vehicle - like a small golf-cart)
  • Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment
  • Use simple software applications
