Order Fulfillment Coordinator - Pridestaff : Job Details

Seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team!The Order fulfillment Coordinator will ensure efficient and accurate order processing and fulfillment operations across all sales and sampling channels, including website, Amazon FBA, and retail. If you are a detail-oriented individual with order fulfillment experience, please apply!Responsibilities:? Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation (parcel, LTL, FTL).? Direct to consumer (website) order processing & fulfillment.? B2B (case and pallet) order processing & fulfillment.? Order batching and pick, pack, ship operations.? Coordinate and execute Amazon FBA load-in orders.? Coordinate sample order processing.? Communicate proactively with brand owners on order pro? Lead case pick and each pick order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.Requirements :? High school diploma or equivalent.? Stand-up and sit-down forklift certified.? Proven experience in receiving shipments, conducting quality control checks, and order fulfillment.? Experience leading a small team of warehouse associates.? General knowledge of Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets.? Familiarity with warehouse management systems and bar code scanning software preferred.? Excellent organizational and time management skills. ?? Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.? Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional overtime or weekend work.
