This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service liaison with a strong manufacturing background to play a critical role in delivering cutting edge thermal solutions to industry leading customers worldwide! Customer Success Specialist - Temp to PermSummary: The Customer Success Specialist is a critical supporting function to assure we have a working partnership for exceeding customer expectations. Think of this role as the Gate Keeper who ensures all customer requirements are met by enlisting all required support departments. At its core, this position will communicate, maintain the CSM tool, track shipments, review inventory and relay order status to internal and external customers.
