Receive customer orders and prepare all supporting paperwork. Maintain customer pricing files, general ledger and all accounts receivable functions. Schedule trucks for transportation of outgoing products and check product deliveries. Prepare all month end closing reports. Proficient in working with numbers. Proof reading of documents and printed materials. Maintain files in a neat and orderly manner for easy retrieval of information.
