We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Line Picker/Packers to help us fulfill customer orders with care and precision. • Schedule: Early shifts from 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. Your weekends are free!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handpick seeds and live plants from our warehouse to fulfill customer orders
• Carefully pack and label products for shipment to ensure safe delivery
• Maintain top-notch attendance and punctuality to help us grow together
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines-your safety is our priority!

What You Bring to the Table:

• A high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, assembly, or packing roles (bonus if you've worked with plants before!)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• A love for working in a team-focused environment and collaborating with co-workers and management
