The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. They manage all products, materials, and supplies for a business and collaborate with the Sales team and Accounting to ensure a smooth process for customers. We offer a Monday through Friday schedule, with no nights or weekends. We also offer great wages and a great benefit package.The wage scale is from $19 - $26/ hour. We offer a full benefit package. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Ensure that quality standards are met for used equipment and that the equipment is suitable for redeployment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments.
  • Organize picked inventory by order for easy retrieval as new orders come in.
  • Review incoming and outgoing lead times to maintain productive operations to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Isolate damaged inventory and report to Supervisor to determine disposition.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory records and storage areas effectively.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve inventory goals.
    • Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and best practices.
