Job Description The Order Fulfillment Specialist organizes and handles a variety of order, planning and logistics issues within a manufacturing environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange for and execute on domestic and international shipping of sales orders (primarily international shipping)
• Process sales orders after entry to completion
• Ensure accurate and complete export compliance documentation
• Enter purchase orders into ERP system
• Proof all orders for accuracy and release
• Assist in the planning and purchasing of products, including expediting and pushing of purchase orders with vendors
• Resolve sales order issues and discrepancies
• Engage in customer and vendor contact

Required Education and Experience:

• Strong experience with international shipping international required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with e-mail, data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in operations or manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining high quality
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek resolutions to open items
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range: $58,700.00-$78,300.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
