Now Hiring Order Fulfillment Technician

The Order Fulfillment Technician is a member of the Fulfillment team that is responsible for assisting in coordinating the movement of finished products to fulfill OurPharma's sales orders. This role is primarily responsible for printing, picking, packaging, and shipping sales orders. This role will also participate in inspection, labeling, and packaging (ILP) of finished goods when there is no fulfillment work to complete.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Accurately pick customer orders according to product code, lot number, and quantity requested and move completed orders to packing lines. Report any discrepancies and/or damages to the Supervisor.
• Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities and document completion.
• Accurately pack customer orders according to products requested on order form. Pack completed orders in such a manner as to protect the product from loss or damage.
• Follow with strict adherence to all relevant SOPs, cGMPs, batch records and other controlling documentation when performing activities.
• Follow with strict adherence to all relevant security and access control procedures as it relates to controlled substance finished goods access.
• Participate in organizing and storing necessary documentation for each sales order.

Starting Salary for Role: $18.00/hour + depending on experience
