What's the Role:

As an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator and a customer service expert, you will ensure both Internal and External customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfillment of internal & external orders and the provision of support to maintain effective logistics functions across the region.

With your excellent organizational skills, you will deliver timely, accurate, and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders to enable their accuracy in order fulfillment.

You are a collaborative individual and will work closely with the Bradken Sales teams and Freight and Purchasing staff liaising about orders from manufacturing plants and other third-party suppliers to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.

You will support the Warehouse Team on daily transportation needs for order dispatch and receipt if and when required.

With the utmost customer focus, you will support our sales teams in progressing forward orders regularly as directed.

Key Criteria:

* Qualifications in order fulfillment, logistics, desirable inventory & planning.

* Professional experience in Customer Order Management

* Working experience in a similar Logistics/freight distribution-related background is preferred, but not essential
