Daikin Applied is seeking an Order Management Specialist to facilitate the processing of customer orders and act as a liaison between customers and our factories to ensure superior level of customer satisfaction.

Location: In office, Staunton, VA.

What you will do:

* Processes orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output to provide top tier customer service

* Works independently to process orders while supporting an expanded portfolio of products

* Work with customers to resolve customer complaints to maintain customer relationships

* Partner with delivery team to resolve issues, determine root cause and identify ways to improve and ensure top performance with the customer and proactively mitigate non-compliance charges

* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customer and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 1 or more years related experience

* Some conversational Spanish preferred
