As an Order Management Representative, you will build and maintain business relationships, provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external customers, participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to bring solutions to Customer needs, as well as work to ensure flawless execution and Supply Chain metrics are met. Position Responsibilities. Create a positive experience for the Customer by consistently providing superior service and exceeding expectations. Build relationships and depth of understanding of Customer expectations and ensure timely execution of order fulfillment functions. Accountable for the daily execution of customer orders, track and trace, securing Proof of Delivery, coordination of customer returns and ensuring that the customer receives an accurate invoice.
