**Order Processing Representative**

**Education and Experience:**

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* University/college degree, or experience in medical records, claims, or billing is an asset

**Job Description:**

As an Order Processing Representative, youll be the front line of the Electronic Payments organization. In this position, youll provide data entry and order fulfillment services to Electronic Payments varied client base, overseeing and responding to communications from sales agents and customers regarding the purchase of our products. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Provide order entry support for our sales agents and customers

* Determine customer eligibility for product offers and promotions

* Provide information about products and services

* Review relevant service terms and conditions

* Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure orders are fulfilled

* Determine the charges for selected products/services and process payments for them

* Remain up-to-date on all products and services supported by Electronic Payments

* Understand and adhere to Electronic Payments mission and vision

* Complete other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

* Excellent customer service skills

* Type a minimum of 35 words per minute

* Ability to navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task, manage multiple details, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
