Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Review and process customer furniture orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Order Management: Oversee the entire order cycle, from generation to fulfillment, while communicating back order delivery updates to customers.
Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping details.
Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate records of inventory and customer orders.
Shipping Coordination: Secure and negotiate shipping quotes to ensure timely deliveries.
