Botticelli is seeking an Order Processing Specialist responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. This role involves handling order entry, verifying order details, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process purchase orders
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status and address inquiries or issues promptly.
• Process product samples orders and customer service product replacement orders
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Various administrative duties that may include filing and assisting other departments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in order processing
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in customer service and order processing
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Professionalism, patience, and a customer-first attitude in delivering exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
