ORDER PROCESSOR/PICKER - Spherion Staffing Services : Job Details

Spherion Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable Order Pickers for 2nd shift at a local electronics distribution center!! As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment!Responsibilities:-Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders from designated storage areas using handheld scanners and pick lists.-Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by properly organizing and counting products.-Quality Control: Ensure that orders are packed securely and meet quality standards before shipment.-Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.-Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).-Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AMSkills:-Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, order picking, or distribution center operations is preferred but not required.
