Order Processor - URGENT - Vaco : Job Details

A growing and creative beauty e-commerce company is URGENTLY seeking a temp to hire Order Processor to join a fast-growing and exciting team. The opportunity offers a casual work environment, potential for growth, and the ability to join a thriving beauty company, with an amazing team! This role is one day a month in office, but MUST be in Southern California. Qualified Candidates MUST Have:

• 2+ years of heavy order processing,
• Netsuite is a MUST
• Intermediate MS Excel
• EDI experience preferred
• Experience with EDI transmissions, managing discrepancies for over 200 retail stores
• Setting up new customers in Netsuite system
• Able to work closely with cross functional departments; finance, planning, sales and warehouse
• Manage credit memos and charge-backs
• Manage high volume of invoices
• Corresponding with customers via phone and/or email
• Detail oriented, organized and deadline driven
