Job Type Full-time Description Shipping Dept. Order/Puller The Warehouse Order Puller is responsible for pulling and packing orders and getting them ready for shipping while meeting productivity and accuracy standards. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pull customers' orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Arrange all pallets to ensure safe delivery of products to customers and inspect all pallets for accurate stickers and addresses.
- Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Transport merchandise between receiving stations, warehouse, and production areas.
- Ensures all shipping-related information in system is accurate and up to date.
- Carefully and accurately maintain shipping records.
- Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, with shipments, and or substitutions.
- Maintain storage areas, organize, and place stock in designated storage areas.
- Ensure proper documentation of outgoing inventory.
- Ensure work areas are always safe and secure.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
- Pulling inventory from warehouse for next day air processing.
- Interfaces regularly with supply chain, production, and customer service personnel to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Works with relevant departments to problem-solve.

- Ability to accurately sort, count and verify items before shipping.
- Able to clearly report information to others with a professional style that has a positive impact on the team.
- Must have a demonstrated track record of steady, reliable work ethic and attendance.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Basic understanding of shipping and warehouse procedures.
- Good organization skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Strong desire to learn.
- Background working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One-year experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- State valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate the loading of materials, which may include access to a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, reaching, climbing, bending, and standing.
- Must be able to lift twenty-five pounds at a time.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in a warehouse.
