Order Puller (Warehouse) - Mardel : Job Details

Job Description - OverviewMardel, Inc. Warehouse is looking for an Order Puller that can work a Full-Time schedule between hours of 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday; some Saturdays and over time. Starting pay is $19.25 an hour! Ideal candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work overtime as needed, cope with tight deadlines and complete tasks with precision. Functions:

• Accurately pull order quantities and prepare merchandise for shipment to stores
• Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process
• Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
• Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
• Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
• Display commitment to follow all company security / safety policies and procedures

Job Description - Requirements

• Detail-oriented skills required
• Willingness to learn & master new tasks quickly
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be at least 18
• Must pass drug test & background check
• Work overtime as needed
• Maintain high levels of productivity
• Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment (40+lbs)
• Good listening and communications skills
• Able to work well individually & within a team
• Forklift experience preferred
