10+ years of change management experience
Prosci certification or equivalent
Strong experience in defining requirements for affected audience groups transitioning from current to future states.
Significant experience with large-scale, complex technology organizational change efforts.
Experience in the technology industry and/or insurance.
Technology background or some tech experience prior to becoming a change management practitioner.
Self-starter who manages up, can thrive out of comfort zone, and can adopt a new change management framework and toolset.

Job Description
A financial services company is seeking a self-driven, creative Change Management Practitioner to join their Enterprise Change Management team within the Talent Management HR team. This individual will support the company's technology organization and transformation. You'll evaluate, measure, and manage stakeholder ability to drive speed of adoption and achieve business ROI. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement planning, defining, and executing quantifiable change management plans, driving adoption through cutting edge change measurement plans and tactics as well as monitoring and analysis mechanisms.
The role involves strong execution of key work products using client's C-ADKAR framework and toolkit. You'll also partner with HRBPs and Organizational Development consultants within the HR organization.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
