Enhance 1st Line of Defence risk and control functions. Develop dashboards, reporting risk management tools to enhance management reporting. Conduct testing, monitoring and identifying control gaps and provide remediation support. Prepare presentation materials for stakeholders Work on governance initiatives. Liaise with stakeholders across multiple areas to include business managers, front office, all risk stripes. Review risk exposures, market risk monitoring, reporting and escalation. . The Successful Applicant. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is highly preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking is required, with a preference for experience in both Financial Services and Risk Management. Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of operational or enterprise risk management principles, frameworks, methodologies, and governance best practices are essential.
