• Patient Assessment and Care: Conducting detailed assessments of patients with fractures, joint replacements, or other orthopedic issues, and monitoring their neurovascular status and mobility.
• Pain Management: Managing patient pain effectively using medications, therapies, and other interventions.
• Support for Surgical Care: Assisting in pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring proper wound care, monitoring for complications, and collaborating with surgeons and surgical teams.
• Rehabilitation Support: Encouraging patients' recovery through mobility exercises, traction, casting, or physical therapy guidance.
• Professional Development: Staying updated with evidence-based practices, participating in training, and contributing to community outreach and education regarding orthopedic health​

• Minimum 2 years of experience required ( Recent)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Active RN License required
• Active BLS required
• ACLS required
