Core Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned patient groups, documenting responses to treatments and interventions.
• Support physicians in exams, minor procedures, and diagnostic tasks.
• Monitor patient vitals, addressing physiological changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV infusions, and blood products.
• Communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families.
• Refer patient care needs to relevant staff and delegate tasks as appropriate.

Other Duties:Perform additional tasks as needed to support patient care.

Required Skills & Experience:-1 year of experience.-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.-Good verbal and written communication skills.-Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.-Some computer skills.Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/A
