• Assign client referrals to agency para-professional staff as directed.
• Schedule services for current clients, including handling all service changes and requests, in accordance with OHC Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain effective communication regarding scheduling and services with appropriate agency personnel.
• Share on-call responsibilities to ensure seamless client service.
• Represent Osborn Home Care with professionalism and a positive attitude, performing all essential job functions to the highest standard.
