• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or related role OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Must be willing to adapt to company processes and procedures
• Comfortable being held accountable to maintaining call counts and conversion rates
• Being comfortable with doing outbound calling is a must

Some college is preferred, but not required. Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills? Are you friendly, empathetic, and patient?
