Outbound call center agent

Onsite-Lansing, MI Full-time

Hourly rate $16.50

Details:

Work on-site located in E. Lansing, MI. Hours- 8:30-5 pm EST. Regular, Full-time with Benefits Type 40 WPM minimum, 2-3 years of Customer service center experience. Prior medical encoding and/or medical office experience are preferred, but not required. Background check and fingerprinting.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check, and fingerprinting.
• General office skills to include 2 years experience in data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
• Good attendance/punctuality
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
• 2 years of call center or customer service settings.

Duties:

• Performs business support or technical work, using data.
• Organizing and coordination skills.
• Data Entry, Moderate outbound call center setting
• Performs tasks based on established procedures.
