The Outbound Customer Care Expert (CCE) is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships by providing exceptional experience for customers. Successful CCEs exhibit a sincere interest in how SALT services can fulfill customers' home needs and adeptly present options to ensure a seamless and convenient experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Majority of the shift will be making outbound calls to our customers and will require someone focused and motivated.
  • Initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders for club members as needed and ensure the team is focused on maximizing our availability.
  • This position will require you to take inbound calls as needed.
  • Create a positive customer experience.
  • Assure all lead sources are addressed as quickly as possible.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from current customers and potential customers in a friendly manner with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries or to provide information.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
  • Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
  • Monitor the Call Center's task management and complete as needed.
  • Participating in all company required training.
  • Always maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
  • Abide by all standards of performance and ethics.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICCATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Age Requirement: Minimum age of eligibility: 18 years or older.
  • Teachability: Willingness to learn and embrace continuous learning opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Professional and amiable phone presence.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience: Previous Customer Care experience is preferred.
  • Screening: Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
  • Adaptability: Ability to follow/utilize the playbook when handling different topics/conversations.
  • Customer Service in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
  • Geographical knowledge of service areas and/or map reading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Availability to work Monday- Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-5:00PM (dependent upon schedule)
  • Competitive salary ranging from $37,440 to $50,000 based on experience and knowledge.
