*Pay Rate:* $19/hr*Duration: *Long-Term Temp*Start: *1/14/2025*Schedule:* M-F 9:30a-6p*The Opportunity*In your role as a Member enrollment, you will be responsible for supporting outreach programs to members and prospective members across a variety of outbound phone campaigns. You will be brought on with the focus of reaching out to recruits via the progressive dialer, educating them on the no-cost benefits offered to them around Condition Management (diabetes, hypertension, diabetes prevention, weight management) overcome any objections and enroll them in a program(s) while on the phone.*Responsibilities** Make and complete member retention and recruitment calls while hitting closely tracked volume and success metrics* Clearly document all member-related communication and activity in Salesforce* Maintain documentation such as call scripts, troubleshooting articles, email templates, and FAQs, updating as needed* Respond to escalated inquiries and complaints in accordance with protocol and SOPs* Identify and execute additional projects and processes to improve the member experience and internal operational efficiencies* Contribute to continuous team improvement by sharing feedback from current and prospective members and end-users* Help maintain department SLAs and standards of service*Candidate Profile** 1-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry* Experience in a high-volume outbound phone environment with a history of strong performance quota attainment* Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications* A 4-year college degree or equivalent real-world experience in a related field* Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus#INDLPJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $19.00 per hourSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Sales/Upselling: 4 years (Preferred)* Outbound Sales/CSR: 3 years (Required)* Salesforce.com CRM: 4 years (Required)* Remote CSR/Sales: 4 years (Preferred)* Healthcare Phone Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
