Outpatient Clinic RN HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Outpatient Clinic RN to fill an opening with a leading community-based medical group in Ridgewood, NY. Daily Responsibilities for an Outpatient Clinic RN: Coordinates and collaborates with the Site Medical Director and members of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) regarding Infection Control and Surveillance activities at the PACE Center. Aids in education to participants regarding all PACE services. Respond to email messages from vendors, participants or providers seeking basic information and / or looking for a response from a CenterLight staff. Addresses pharmacy issues as they occur. Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pmRequired Qualifications for an Outpatient Clinic RN: Minimum of one (1) year general clinical experience in a certified home health agency (CHHA), acute care, medical surgical, and/or critical care, Nursing Home experience required. Clinical experience must be within one (1) year from date of hire or transfer required.
