The ACT Team Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in building relationships and increasing community awareness of the ACT program. This dynamic role focuses on outreach, engagement, and partnership-building to enhance referrals and support mental health services.Earn $35.00/hour + mileage reimbursementKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase ACT program visibility; foster relationships with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations; represent the program at events and initiatives.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, crisis centers, and local organizations; maintain and analyze referral data to optimize intake processes and program reach.
• Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and distribute materials to highlight ACT services and impact; support digital campaigns and refine strategies based on engagement data.
• Organize meetings, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and ensure effective follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
• Schedule and facilitate appointments, compile agendas, and support seamless communication with community partners and internal teams.
