Outreach Specialist - Career Concepts : Job Details

Outreach SpecialistResponsibilities

• Attend five-day training either remotely or in Greensburg, PA
• Conduct outreach and education to targeted customers following a provided digital map, delivering fliers and packages of 25 and/or 50 lamps to each customer who meets eligibility requirements and agrees to receive them
• Assist customers to fill out interest survey, updating lists throughout the day while in the field, on a company-provided device
• Actively work to improve processes, provide feedback, and contribute to efficiency of overall program
• Maintain accurate inventory counts

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
• Independent work ethic
• Hold a valid driver's license (vehicle will be provided, but transportation is needed to/from rental locations and/or office on occasion)
• Experience conducting direct, door-to-door or cold call sales a plus
• Experience working in energy efficiency programs a plus
• Must pass background check including MVR.
• Dress code is professional.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full-time
• $20-$30/hour depending on experience plus commission
• 1st Shift (9 AM-5 PM)
• Temporary job-contract is for 2-5 months
• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
