We're all about making memories that last a lifetime-and we're looking for people who are ready to jump in and be part of the fun!Job Overview:As a DMC Bookkeeper at Outside Brands, you will be a key part of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the logistical and administrative aspects of our group tours, corporate events, and outdoor experiences. You will work closely with the CFO, Director of Operations, Program Manager, DMC Group Sales Coordinator event planners, guides, and other team members to ensure all experiences are seamlessly executed and exceed client expectations.If you're organized, energetic, and love keeping things on track in a fast-moving, exciting environment, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:

• Own the invoicing process-prepare and send invoices for Outside DMC programs with precision and confidence, securing deposits ahead of each adventure and finalizing balances once the unforgettable experience wraps up.
• Stay ahead of the game by running weekly Accounts Receivable reports, ensuring all balances are up-to-date, and keeping the lines of communication open with customers via email and phone-because we believe in staying on top of it all!
• Master the numbers-handle the bookkeeping tasks, including recording daily financial transactions, tracking income and expenses, and maintaining an accurate ledger.
• Be the gatekeeper of accuracy-manage accounts payable invoices and credit card payments in QuickBooks online, making sure everything is tracked and entered with flawless precision.
• Celebrate our team's hard work-submit bi-weekly tips and gratuities sheets to the CEO, ensuring our awesome employees are rewarded for their efforts on every completed event.
• Keep everything streamlined-manage the DMC filing system in SharePoint, from creating master files for each group, to tracking everything through billing and archiving once the adventure is complete.
• Keep things fresh-update and maintain DMC administrative templates, from gratuity sheets to billing forms, ensuring everything is efficient and ready to roll when needed.
• Manage vendor partnerships-keep current DMC vendor W-9s and certificates of insurance organized and up-to-date in SharePoint, ensuring we're ready to work with the best.
• Team up for success-collaborate with the DMC team and participate in periodic all-staff meetings to share ideas, solve problems, and keep the energy high.
• Be the keeper of client details-maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, payments, contracts, and event specifics to ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
• Stay in touch - Develop and maintain positive relationships with local vendors, partners, and clients.
• Teamwork makes the Dream work - Support marketing and sales initiatives as needed to promote DMC services.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QuickBooks online is desired.
• Super-organized with a knack for juggling multiple projects at once.
• Amazing communicator who can keep everyone on the same page.
• A natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or tourism is a huge plus.
