Fasteners Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our San Jose, CA team! Career building opportunity with tremendous growth potential. This would be a great opportunity for a sales representative with previous industrial, concrete or construction industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build excellent, mutually beneficial partnerships with all our customers.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and expand the customer base.
• Consistently reach and exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Deliver world class customer service.

Qualifications:

• A self-starter who projects a professional image and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service for industrial sales or construction industry experience is REQUIRED
• Strong negotiation skills
• A goal driven and detail-oriented personality.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds of products on a regular basis.
