HVAC Outside Sales Rep - Norwalk, CT

Astacio is a company that is currently in growth mode. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic salesperson who is skilled at in-home sales. Experience in the HVAC/R and Plumbing Industry is not required. A highly confident salesperson with in-home sales experience who is willing to gain heating, cooling, and ventilation product knowledge, and has a desire to win, is what we want.

    • Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.
  • Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini-split, and other HVAC product options with homeowners.
  • Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers' License
  • Residential service experience is preferred
  • 3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience

    • Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini-splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.
