Working Title: Strategic Territory Sales Manager - Flooring Products
Location/Territory: La Crosse, WI, Southeastern MN, Eau Claire and Hudson, WI.

Compensation: Base of $45,000 - $60,000 plus a Commission and Bonus Plan

Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Drive growth and develop significant revenue by executing key strategic sales initiatives including the sale of current core products and new products.
* Establish deep customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers and develop a strong working knowledge of their business model.
* Develop and maintain territory (Western WI - LaCrosse up to Eau Claire and over to Hudson) and account plans that are aligned with our company's strategic sales plan.
* Prepare and deliver product and technical (application and product) presentations to audiences that consist of store owners, retail floor sales and installers.
* Create and demonstrate a competitive distinction by identifying and implementing value and cost-saving initiatives designed to lower the customers' total cost of ownership.
* A resilience to withstand the typical obstacles that occur with a sales career.
* Work successfully without close supervision.
* Proven planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests and pivot when necessary
* Embrace learning for self-development/improvement; be curious; seek to understand; respect the diversity of thought.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in outside sales, preferably within the flooring or related industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in technology tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
