Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per annum + Generous Commission Package
About Us: Sorbis, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), seeks a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
Consultative and Value-Based Selling:- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to articulate the value proposition of our managed services.
- Present and demonstrate our comprehensive suite of IT solutions effectively.
Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Proposal Development:- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals aligning with clients' requirements.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of our managed services.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license in the state of New York or New Jersey.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
