What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: The satisfaction of helping create successful businesses, plus a 25% commission on every sale.
  • Commission Potential: The smallest sales agreement is $10,000 per year (earning you $2,500 commission), and the largest can be $68,000 per year (earning you $17,000 commission). This will increase as the company becomes Statewide and Nationwide.

    Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and reach out to potential business clients within a designated territory, focusing on those that would benefit most from CDCN's hyper-local marketing services.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs and challenges. Provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of CDCN's services in attracting local customers.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, including managing a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales process, including presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that align with CDCN's pricing and service models.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and improve overall performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful campaign execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction, address any concerns, and work towards maintaining long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve sales skills and industry knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities provided by CDCN.
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related industries.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with hyper-local marketing strategies and understanding of local market dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, ability to build relationships, customer-focused, self-motivated, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and comfort with digital tools and platforms.
  • Personal Attributes: Resilience, adaptability, and a team player.
  • Additional Qualifications: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Compensation: $100,000 at Plan Earning
