Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business accounts with foodservice establishments.
• Process daily orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle A/R collections for your accounts; commissions are based on collected invoices.
• Coordinate delivery and logistics within your area.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and report on opportunities.
• Engage in ride-alongs with leadership to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in meat/protein sales to high-end customers.
• Strong knowledge of beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and veal in culinary contexts.
• Ability to work independently, as this is primarily a field-based role.
