About the Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong track record in the health tech or medical device space. The right candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote NeuroSync's neuro health solutions to achieve business growth.
• Close new business and expand market share within your designated region.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan with a focus on lead generation and sales pipeline management.
• Actively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and product goals.

Requirements:

• Proven sales success in health tech, medical device, or directly related markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Must live in Northern California.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

• Competitive total compensation package: $175K+ at plan, with a base salary of $90-130K (commensurate with experience). Package includes monthly commissions, quarterly and year-end bonuses, and an equity position in a high-growth startup.
