Outside Sales Representative - Addison Group : Job Details

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Buda, TX - Local travel

Pay: $70k - 80k

Bonus: 30% + sales incentives

OTE: $100k+

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree ideal, but open
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of driving sales
• Ideally, having experience utilizing Salesforce or another CRM
• Experince selling in construction, engineering, or signage.
• Comfortability traveling 50% of the time (all within TX)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by promoting, selling, and renting traffic control, safety, and directional products while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, visits, and persuasive presentations to secure deals.
• Collaborate with Operations and channel partners to ensure seamless delivery, outstanding customer experiences, and efficient deal closures.
• Conduct product demonstrations, attend trade shows, and foster a referral network to expand the customer base.
• Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
• Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and implement tailored strategies to close new business.
• Provide accurate quotes, sales orders, and marketing support while assisting with accounts receivable.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and meet market demands.
